Been struggling since my operation

Yes it has been a while since I blogged but this is what is going on..
I am disabled, I fell on December 24th 2014 in my driveway which caused terrible things happen to me..
1) I lost my ability to walk
2) I have problems getting out of chairs
3) lost the use of my hands only limited use
I dislodged a bone in my neck in the fall I had surgery Oct 15, 2015, I have now a cadaver bone in my neck and a plate and 4 screws..
Next will be my lower back, life is not the same for me I was so active now I'm like a 90 plus yr old at 58 yrs old..
EVERYDAY I so want to get on my treadmill like I did before but the pain is terrible..
I'm trying everyday to bring me back..
BEST yet I have not gained weight THANK GOD..lol
BUT I am so sorry I have not been on here like I use to be..
SO this is why..
