My Goal is to: Lose 40lbs or more by my 50th birthday on May 28th 2018
How I will reach my goal:
--stay in calorie range (1400-1700) every day and track every bite, lick, taste
--exercise (aerobics, yoga, ST, walking, hiking, stationary bike) at least 20min 5 days per week
--eat mostly whole foods, low sodium, low fat, low sugar, 5-7 freggies daily
--drink at least 12 8 oz glasses water daily
I will measure/track my goal by using the following numbers or methods:
--WI every Wednesday
--when my clothes fit better
--body measurements decrease

Why I want to reach this goal:
to feel better about myself, have clothes that fit and make me feel confident, be as healthy as I can, be a role model for my kids
