Setting Goals

So... I'm taking one of Spark Guy's challenges... on goals... Day 1 - done...
My goals...
-drinking 2.5 cups of water /day (I'm starting all over again on drinking water... not my favorite thing to do)
-logging in daily (haven't done this daily in a long time!)
-exercise 10 min 5 times a week - this will take being very intentional!
-stretching every morning/night
-reading 2 chapters of the Bible each day
- oh- and blogging once a week!
So - here we go!
