I know I wanted to do this slow, but 1.5 pounds in 3 weeks is VERY discouraging...
I i know however that I need to step up my game a bit. I keep telling myself that i need to ease into this.
The exercise need to build slowly, my physical conditions demand that.
I could do better with the calorie intake.
I can do this.
Heck though, even if I loose .5 pound a week, I will have the extra of in 2 years! LOL
