I haven't entered a blog post in 2 years, but I'm still here. It has been a rough 2017. My doctor wanted to start me on Fosamax for my bones. It just about killed me. I experienced SEVERE bone, joint and muscle pain after starting it. When I realized the cause, I stopped it, but the side effects have lingered for 4 months now. It is a little better, but I still feel anything but my healthy, active, capable self. I have restarted on my modified low carb diet, and have lost 18 pounds. That is basically with diet alone, as I am not able to do much exercise. I'm trying to stay moving, and active, but having this issue go on for so long has been very depressing and frustrating. I believe I see progress, and that helps. Also, the diet going well, and showing progress helps too. Never give in. Finish what you started.
