Exercise Blog Day 84 - Rest Day

Was super busy with the kids projects and later on got a migraine. So was unable to do any exercise except walk for 10 mins.

    Thank you so much. Had to take my pill for the migraine to subside. I hate taking the pill because it make me super drowsy and sleepy for two days.

    Rest days are totally necessary. Don't worry about missing workouts when your body is telling you to relax. Sorry you were "told" to have a rest day rather than desire one on your own... hope your migraine subsides and you can enjoy the remainder of your day :)
