Carrying on day 2

Yesterday, I learned, check the calories of unknown foods BEFORE you eat them ! Calories from ju jubes add up quickly. Wow ! I gave away the rest, after I did my tracker. 700 calorie snacks are a day buster.
Still motivated like crazy today. Seems the more I participate on Spark, the more I get motivated. Who knew?Happy to be here and just alive. Happy to be Not Smoking!
My goals today are:
1. track everything I plan to eat before I eat it
2. read some motivational stories on SPark
3. learn how to load pictures to my photo gallery. Things that bring me joy.
4. take that tiny walk to the end of the road, literally.
I caaan do these things easily within my day.I thought I would tell you about our project this past winter and how she/he is coming along. It is about a young coyote. More to come.
