Kicking myself in the but

I had a 1 lb weight gain this week. I reflected for the week and realized I only went to 1 yoga class this week and I had hardees and McDonald's and a coffee drink and some cookies. I need to get back to the good routine and not let life be an excuse. I can only move forward.

    I can really relate to this. I was right on point all day and in the evening I ate ice cream and my son handed me a half a twix bar and I took it and ate it without even thinking about it. I need a kick in the butt, too!
