Thanks! & 2018 Summer 5% Challenge

Saturday, May 26, 2018

Wanted to give a big emoticon to all on the 5% Challenge Spirited Under Dawgs team. I have greatly benefited from the friendship, encouragement and accountability of being a Dawg. It's not likely I will meet my 5% weight loss goal (my apologies to the team) but I have increased my exercise time, been more aware of eating enough freggies and have managed to overall stay motivated during a stressful time. Looking forward to being in the kennel this Summer! Go Dawgs, Woof Woof! emoticon

emoticon This is your invitation!

Unfortunately, I'm not going to make my goal, either. I am grateful that this is something that helps me to stay more focused and accountable. And, it really is a great team!! See you this summer!!

I didn't make my 5% weight loss goal either. But with what we did do this time, maybe we will succeed in the summer challenge. See you in the kennel!
