Fitting Exercise In & 2018 Summer 5% Challenge

I have always had trouble finding a way to get in the 120 minutes of exercise allowed per day in the 5% Challenges. Then a fellow Spirited Under Dawg ( Dianedoessmiles) mentioned fitting in extra minutes while doing things around the house, so I have been "dancing" my way around the kitchen in the morning while making breakfast, unloading the dishwasher, etc. To my surprise the minutes really add up. I use my Fitbit to count the minutes that my heart rate reaches an increased aerobic rate. I have been able to add 30 - 60 minutes of intentional aerobic activity a day this way.

The 5% Challenges - a challenge to lose 5% of your weight during an 8 week period - include exercise and lifestyle challenges, good fellowship with like minded people and plenty of support from your team mates.
