Derailed & 2018 Summer 5% Challenge

Today was one of those days, interrupted sleep last night, left the house 2 hours earlier than I had originally planned without getting to eat breakfast and things meal wise went down hill from there. No vegetable or fruit made an appearance until dinner.

No chance for an early morning walk, by the afternoon the temps were close to 90 with high humidity and evening brought thunder storms.

One thing I have learned from my Spark journey and the 5% Challenges is tomorrow is another day with fresh opportunities to make better choices. Tomorrow will have an early start also (daughter has an 8AM Drs. appt.) but I know in advance and will be better able to plan ahead.
