What do you want people to remember? Celebrating your passing

I would like to say that I may not always be on this computer, but that doesn't mean that I too am having feeling of isolation, loneliness, and need love. Many times when I am not on this computer, I am off fighting the demons that come from stress in life.

When we are born; we come into this world crying. While like God, those we loved smiled. They knew when we were created. That you were coming. Then were over joyed, and celebrated your arrival.

It is very important to be present in your life. Many of our lives aren't how we would have planned them! Maybe you haven't gotten what you need out of life, or people. Maybe you are having trouble coping with stress. Yet we all need love, and stability in life. sometimes life does have a way of knocking us down, and making us feel hopeless.

Be ware of your emotional thoughts to yourself. If you are not feeding yourself positivity, ask yourself why? Don't let programmed messages of feeling worthless make you feel less than worthy of having happiness, love, and hope. If you just don't feel strong enough to fight emotionally those battles, realize that God is always knocking at your door. And reading the bible is a great book on how to survive the sting of lives stress. Written in another age, left from a loving God for us.

All humans feel depression, loneliness, and isolation at different times in their life. Maybe you just don't have enough people in your life to make you feel loved, or worthy! Some time we are disconnected from our emotions. Even though being on this computer is like an addiction. Don't be hard on yourself. You aren't alone in all the feeling you feel, because everyone on this site, needs something! Even me, that writes like I have it all together! yet those that read what I write understand that in order to talk about things, you've must have experience it sometime.

My stress throws me into emotional eating. Which is not eating healthy, and not getting food high in magnesium (like vegetables). Without that I too get affected, and have anxiety, more stress, and depression.

No matter how I am, I try not to compare myself to others. Or compare my life to theirs. People all have different journeys, and experiences in life. So how can you expect to life differently if you are on a different path? So, stop comparing, and knocking yourself down. Because you don't have this or that, or aren't living what you dreamed about.

If you don't like something about your life, change it. If you can't change something, then stop worrying about it. There is nothing you can do.

Celebrate who you are. I once told my mother when she was pointing the conviction finger at me , and saying... or trying to make me feel bad about my self, and not achieving my goals...
Someone has to be the bus driver, the gas station attendant, ect... That in God's eyes I am
perfect! I have turned out to be an ethical, and honest person. And that is what is really important in life. Be comfortable with who you are, and celebrate your victories.

Working hard for something we don't care about is called stress. Yet working hard for something we love is called passion. So when you die be proud of how you acted in life.
That you got a chance to live to be part of this miracle called life.
So when those that attend your funeral see you smiling, they cry from your lose!
