Hi, everyone today something triggered my depression. I got up had breakfast got the gym walked my 2miles, did my interval class and then all of a sudden .... Tears.... depression sucks. I'm outside right now soaking up some sun trying to get rid of my blues, I really hate this feeling it's like I have no control over my emotions. Why can't I be normal like every one else. I guess this is my cross to bare. I think to myself it could be worse. At least now I can recognize the signs. And I slowly pull myself out of it, but it takes time. Well here's to a beautiful and less bluesy day.
