2018 - Year to BE ... Toned and Fit

I am posting it here in a blog to help keep myself accountable with my actions.
I mentioned to a fellow walking challenge buddy that I wanted to get started on the 30-Day Shred. She decided to join me. Now granted, she's on day 3 or something ... I did Day 1 and life just happens. Time and time again, I use "life happens" to drop the ball on my health. Instead of using "life happens" has an obstacle to work around I use it as an excuse to drop what I'm working on and move onto whatever else is going on. To then again, have to start all over. I am tired of starting all over. It's annoying!
So with all that said ... I am pledging here
That I will get started on the 30-Day Shred - redo Day 1. It's been quite a few days Day 1 needs to be redone.
I will start fresh on Monday DAY 1 (6/18) ...
My 10-day schedule for LEVEL 1 will be ~
Day 6 rest
Final day for LEVEL 1
Day 12 will be a rest day before beginning LEVEL 2.
Okay, it's out here. I hope my SP friends will keep me accountable on this.
