I don't want this to sound like "whining". For the past 100-plus days I continue to toggle between 200 and 197. I'm not on a plateau, I'm not stuck. I'm not retaining water. I'm not gaining muscle. I simply am not putting in the effort. I have to take responsibility and change.
Loving getting outside, working in yard and garden almost daily. Golf once a week. Stationary bike 30 minutes 3X a week. Activity has increased this month ... check. Drinking more water this month ... check. Tracking meals/snacks better ... need to improve. Eat more veggies ... need to improve. Choose healthier snacks. Eliminate evening snacking!
I will weigh in on June 30. I must get away from that 200 mark. Goal is a solid 195 by June 30.
