Been busy. I did weigh in on June 30 … 199. Still struggling. I have a full schedule until the 4th of July … on that day I plan to clean out the refrigerator, freezer and pantry and throw out anything that I would consider snacking on … crackers, pretzels, ice cream, granola bars, mini m&m baking chips. Then I will restock fresh fruits and vegetables. I am going to get a handle on this and start to make progress. Goal is to drink more water, eat more whole foods, curb the snacking, stick to 1200-1400 calories per day. Play more golf, walk more. End of July down 10 pounds. Heading out to golf now feeling committed.
