Changing a lifestyle is hard. Not looking for sympathy - we are all trying to change our lifestyles, or we wouldn't be here!
Eating enough food, eating the right food, making those choices, adding activity in even when you hurt. sigh... takes getting used to for sure

    It doesn't happen over night but then again, my weight didn't happen overnight either. It' all a matter of choices and not beating yourself up when you make a poor choice. Just learn from it and do better next time.
