Not my first try

This is my very first blog so I hope its ok. This is my third try at spark people though. I like the support and how many tools there are to help us get healthier. My issue has always been burning out on the tracking and then I quit. My husband thinks I should take weekends off and just eat light. I like his idea but will it give me a license to binge. maybe i need to limit my time on here, but when you have to track every drink and every calorie and enter recipes it becomes a part time job. emoticon

    I figure on this healthy lifestyle journey we ALL hit bumps in the road (heck, I've wandered off the road ENTIRELY before!). The IMPORTANT thing is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and continue to head in the right direction - EXACTLY what you're doing. We each have to find what works for US. Know there are lots of us right alongside you, cheering you on!

    Do what you can , when you can. Sometimes I have to do second by second and minute by minute. And i get right back up if i do fall off the proverbial horse !
