Not my first try

This is my very first blog so I hope its ok. This is my third try at spark people though. I like the support and how many tools there are to help us get healthier. My issue has always been burning out on the tracking and then I quit. My husband thinks I should take weekends off and just eat light. I like his idea but will it give me a license to binge. maybe i need to limit my time on here, but when you have to track every drink and every calorie and enter recipes it becomes a part time job.
