This time, the wagon isn't so easy to get back on

So I've been trying to do a low carb diet for the past 4 months. I was pretty successful, and then some dear friends came in to town and stayed with my husband and I. I loved having them, and we had such a great time, but it turned in to a 10 day bender. We went to their favorite Italian restaurant "oh it's not so bad, just have the lasagna, you've been doing so well." We went to the beach for a few days, "it's fine, that one beer won't hurt."
Then they left and I was so sad that I decided to eat my feelings. Sadly, that mean I consumed more carbs. So now my visitors have been gone for three weeks, and while I have not gained back all my weight, I feel like my mindset is back to square one. So I'm on day three of my low-carb journey again, and with as much determination as I had the first time around, I will get back on track.
