What happened to the time? Weight has not changed much. Teetering up and below the 200 mark. I sound like a broken record. I need to get a handle on the snacking. It just kills the calorie count.
I have enjoyed the summer and all the fresh fruit and veggies!
I am joining the Fall 5% Challenge and making a commitment to the team that I will put forth the effort to improve my eating habits, stop the snacking (except for planned snacks) and get the scale to move!
Today my goal is to drink 8 cups of water. Move more.
5K this Sunday. Golf on Monday.
