Everyday distractions

Everyone gets busy. I’d like to think that this is a new problem but I can remember stories that my great grandmother told me of all the daily things t did to care for her family. So I’ll be honest and admit that i loss focus and get distracted. The first two things to go are food prepared and exercise. And well, that what it takes to live a healthy life and lose weight. I don’t lose track of how I look in the mirror, I don’t lose track of how my weight affects my health, I don’t lose track of how frustrated I get with how my clothes feels on me. So why do I get distracted and not stay consistent with my diet and exercise. Everyone who has ever lost focus will have a different answer.. i guess if I were honest I would have to say that I feel cheated.... why can’t I eat the sweets, fried, carbs, and fast foods without gaining weight? I know that my thoughts have to change. Only when I change my thoughts will my habits change. So...... here i go. Only I can make the changes I need to make to my diet and exercise.
