Being a part of a Spark People challenge within the Spark teams is a lot of fun! Of course, I would love for you to come join my team, the Determined Desert Tortoises! We are a laid back team, but slow and steady wins the race. If you like relaxed, but some challenges, then come check it out. If you aren't already a member of the BLC Registration team you need to start there. From there, you can check out all the teams, and then register for the challenge (you must choose 3 teams when registering. You'll put them in order of preference.)

The Biggest Loser Challenge (also known as the BLC) is a 12 week challenge that was INSPIRED by, but not based on the TV show of the same name. We have been around for 10+ years encouraging HEALTHY weight loss and fitness by helping you on your journey towards your goals.

What is it YOU need to reach your goals? Do you need lots of SUPPORT, to be CHALLENGED, to focus on NUTRITION, EXERCISE, or some combination of the above? With the variety of teams we offer, you can find one that works for you.

BLC39 - WINTER ROUND runs from January 9, with the starting weight, through April 3. Registration for Returning members will begin November 18th and Newbies & Former members will start registering December 1. It will be open all of December.

Registration ends on January 5 and we’ll open doors on January 1.
