2019 5% Winter Challenge

Hurricane Harvey made a direct hit on our little southern Texas town in August, 2017, I found out I had lung cancer in November, 2017 and 3 days later my husband had a massive heart attack. I have completed surgery, chemo and radiation. My husband is working through his health issues. We have had help from God, friends, and family. I am now ready to join a challenge and participate. The 2019 5% challenge starts in January.
EXERCISE GOAL- 20 minutes a day, minimum
My primary exercise is through walking the dog and line dancing. I need to add strength training.
No formal plan.
- No sugar treats
- Protein in morning
- increase veggies and fruits
-8 glasses of water per day
