A Plan For 2019

2019 is starting off where 2018 ended. Husband is still having health problems. Because we are empty nesters and retired, we spend a lot of time together. When he has a health issue, I am all there for him. It is a trying time but I do think he will feel better eventually.

On a positive note, the pounds that I gained over the holidays, I have lost. My eating has improved and the sugary foods are OUT of the house. Sweet food has always been my weakness. I often feel as though I am addicted to it.

Joining challenge teams also really helps me. When I am accountable to weigh in or post exercise minutes it really helps. I plan to continue this pattern throughout 2019.
