day 2: yesterday went better than expected. today i found out my neighbor/cousin is going to the gym three times a week and i can tag along! only thing is i gotta get up early. im so used to getting up around noon. im not gonna lie. and usually go to sleep btwn 2-4am. so getting up at 6 or 7 am is gonna be life changing and a challenge! ive got two days to adjust until my first early session. im excited though because ive been wanting to A start getting up early and B start going to gym routinely. now i have the perfect motivation for both! today focusing on cutting up veggies and drinking my water. so far so good.
