Started the Freihofer Training Challenge 10 week course for the Freihofer Run For Women 5K on June 1st. We use the C25K app by Zen Labs. We did about 1.75 miles so it was easier to hit step goal today!🤗 Interval running plus work = over 10,000 steps !!! We are to practice 3x/week.
