Day 7 Two Trips to Gym in one day!

I am so so sore but very proud of myself! I don’t drive and sometimes transportation can be an issue. I really want to work out and thankfully I have a neighbor who is starting to go and I get to tag along. So happy and ready to go anytime anyone wants to take me. Ended up getting two rides today.

Today was a huge accomplishment for me. I did a lot of things. Now mind you I usually don’t move around to much, average about 300 steps or less a day. On a good day I might get 700 steps. Due to health issues it’s a struggle sometimes to move. Thats for another post another day. Right now my Fitbit says almost 8,000! For most that’s probably nothing but for me this is like doing a marathon! Used treadmill, (also track for manual walking), reclining bike, did some extra walking in mall afterwards and let me tell ya I’m starting to feel it. I am so tired.

Also bought me an outfit as a reward for an awesome day....pair of exercise pants and a tank top. Something totally out of my comfort zone. Choose a funky wild print over something classic. So not me but it matched my mood. Now I can’t wait til Friday to wear them when I go back to the gym.

I hope I can keep up this new motivation. It’s been a long long time since I have found the strength to have any kind of fight in me. So for me, today was really awesome. A day I needed so bad in the worse way. Yea! Go me!
