Saturday-did some walking while out on date, foot hurt, no rebounding

Saturday- 1? Stretching my heels on the rebounder seems to bring relief.

Sunday April 7- Rested

Wednesday- 1 +1 T.O.M. Not feeling well NOTE: Scale is just a hair below 250 for first time in many months.
Thursday- a few minutes on rebounder (still not feeling well) NOTE: Scale is STILL a hair shy of 250!!!!
Friday- feeling very run down. Went to bed and slept 6 hours during day. Felt refreshed enough to rebound in evening. 50+ 10+4+30 seconds. SCALE SAYS 248!!!!!!!!

Sunday April 14th- rested 248!
Monday- 50 NOTE: This is the 6th day in a row that I've been below 250!) 248lbs.

So, this is going to be a very busy week!
Last Thursday my New Marine Recruit flew down to Texas to visit my oldest daughter who works at a mission. My Marine Sergeant Son, currently serving in Georgia, is driving over there to visit at the same time. The boys are driving HERE to Ohio and should be here tomorrow. (Tuesday).
Meanwhile, the Recruit is finishing his last week of school, and then headed to Boot Camp on Easter Sunday.
On Friday, we are having a small get-together to celebrate ANOTHER son's b-day.
My brain is so busy!

Here's something funny that I think I forgot to mention.
When my husband began focusing on his fitness, he became very meticulous in counting EVERYTHING. His macro-nutrients, his steps, his calories burned...etc.
Well, back in March on my birthday, he decided to take the whole family out bowling. Everyone was getting ready and sitting around. I couldn't figure out why my husband was still in his pajamas, sitting in his living room chair.
Finally, after about 45 minutes, I blurted, "Husband, we are all ready to go, why aren't you getting dressed???????"
His answer: "My step-tracker is upstairs, and I'm not moving until they bring it down to me."

OHHHH PUHHHH lease!

Oh my word! He seriously treasured those 20 steps to the bathroom so much, and wanted them TRACKED, that he was unwilling to move until he could be sure to record them!

HAHAHAHAHAHA


As I was decluttering a room I found MY step tracker and began using it again. Unfortunately, I forgot to put it on when I went shopping at Walmart today. I had even parked far away, so I could get some good steps in! Then I had to stop at two other stores...and my tracker didn't get to record it. Boohoo.

    Second, I chuckled aloud as I read about the trackers and flashed to times past when a SparkFriend and I would be moaning about steps not tracked and her dear husband would quip "The body knows!" emoticon
