BLC40 SMART GOALS

Long term goal - get into a healthier BMI range

Short term goal - increase my daily movement

I will reach my goal by:

NUTRITION PLAN
- staying in my calorie range
- eating a minimum of 3 veggies a day
- eating planned snacks only
- weigh or measure everything
- track every bite paying attention to the amount of protein and carbohydrates

My Exercise Plan
-at least 10 minutes of cardio exercise a day (6 days a week) for the first 3 weeks
-increase cardio exercise to 20 minutes a day ( 6 days a week )
-ST three days a week
