P90X Starts July 22, 2019!

July 21, 2019 – Sun – Last day of a week worth of Rest/Recovery period.
Returning to an ‘oldie but goodie’ fitness training program named P90X on tomorrow morning.
It’s been a few years since I last used this program. With the gain in fitness training knowledge since then and being 65 years of age, instead of using DBs I will be mostly using Resistance Continuous Loop Bands and Resistance Tubes.
I am looking forward to using this program with a group of fitness pals, too. It should be fun and challenging. I’ve selected the Classic Phase (will make substitutions where necessary).
