I started Spark People in 2004. I have been consistently logging in to Spark People for 330 days now. My goal was to lose 35 pounds, when I began in June, 2018. I have lost 20 pounds, but I am at a plateau since the first of 2019. I lose a pound and gain a pound, but have kept the 20 pounds off.
I will keep on keeping on with Spark People! I WILL lose the last 15 pounds by the end of 2019! Never, Never, Never give up!
