BLC 41 SMART GOALS

I am here to post my SMART GOALS for BLC 41!!
S - Step 1: Write your specific goal statement.
What are you trying to achieve?
Lose 10 lbs.
How specifically are you going to achieve it? by exercising 20 minutes a day for 5 days a week and eating healthy meals 5 out of 7 days a week.
When are you going to achieve it by? by November 30, 2019
By November 30, 2019 I will lose 10 lbs by exercising 20 minutes a day and eating healthy 5 out of 7 days a week.
M - Step 2: Make sure your goal is objectively measurable.
This goal is measurable by weekly weigh ins, taking my measurements, and having better fitting clothes.
A - Step 3: Make sure your goal is achievable.
Is this goal achievable: Yes, I can achieve this goal by being consistent in my exercise and food choices and in the 12 weeks of the BLC
R - Step 4: Your goal must be relevant.
This goal is relevant to me because it will improve my health and lower my numbers for my glucose, cholesterol etc. I will sleep better, my joints won't be inflamed and hurt. I will feel better about myself and like the body I have.
T - Step 5: Attach a timestamp to your goal.
November 30, 2019!
