Well, I have just gotten back into SP. I read some of my past posts, and reminded myself of where I had been and how far I had gotten. Started new program 3 weeks ago, and have lost 10-12 pounds so far. Today I am 232.6. My initial goal is to get below 230, then to get to my lowest in this weight loss journey which was 210. Then to get to 200. I can do it, a little bit at a time.
