Just getting the hang of Spark and trying to do everything , everyday. Learning website, how everything works, taking advantage of the support. Having big trouble exercising and impulse sugar but at least I am aware and trying. I stay within my calorie range 90 percent of time. Lost some weight as encouragement. Will keep at it to get rewards , both scale and nonscale
Definitely getting better at SPark site, decided to take day off a week from it all but still be mindful.
