Love this Training Program: Hardgainer Solution 2.0

I started Scott Abel's Hardgainer Solution Fitness Program on October 14, 2019. This is my second round of this program in 2019. Love HGS2.0!
There is a total of 32 different workouts which will cover a span of 8 weeks for me.
I will work this as: Mon – Chest, Tue – Back, Thu – Shoulders, Fri – Legs. Will use mostly resistance type of bands/tubes/loops and some dumbbells.
Even though there is a major muscle group focus on each workout day this program still hits other muscle groups within the routine being done.
As usual I've taken current body stats. I've noticed that my weight and other measurements have been stable for the past four months.
My purpose for the rest of this year is to continue doing the type of fitness training along with keeping an eye on my nutrition that has a positive effect on mind, body and soul. I like this way of viewing things for myself without the use of "hard-set" rules. I want to enjoy this journey.
