Need To Get Back In The Habit

This was one of my weak points on my last SparkPeople Profile, tracking my food.
Often I would get embarrassed over going above my calorie intake that I would just skip it. So in this profile I plan to be more honest about it. We all mess up sometimes, but by facing our fears of what other people might think of us, we learn that is okay to fall short. It is about getting back up again that is important. It also helps hold each other accountable and to inspire one another. I sure know that I can use a helping hand on a bad day.
