I have failed

I weigh 298. I can't find any motivation to do anything about it. Husband is probably losing his job by the end of next year. We are going to sale our house and find something smaller. My 30 year old son with Asperger's is not handling the changes well. I have no one to talk to so here I am. Fat and depressed

We could all say we've failed. I have failed over and over again. With God's help, I get back up and go again. It's not always easy. I know someone who has gone through much with chronic illness and is always sick and tired. She has written some books and is giving her ebooks away free this week. Life isn't fair and sorry to hear you are down. You haven't failed as you are not quitting. You are still here and that is a good thing. Sometimes you just keep going through the motions and don't wait for the motivation. I am having trouble keeping my motivation up but I just try to do what I can like drink more water.
