I need to write for me

Man I haven't had an entry since 2016. So much has changed but I am back struggling as usual. I was going to therapy for anxiety and had just started talking about my issues with food when insurance turned my visits into OOP so I am not going anymore. I just started a new gym which has helped my anxiety and sleep greatly. Need to work on not eating all the calories I work off after though. Funny how we start over on this journey 5 million times yet each time feels new. I have been at the same weight for a year now, fluctuating between 8-10 lbs. I am just not happy when I look in the mirror again. Or I should say shocked and that's not good. I need to come to terms with the fact that I am older than I was 10 yrs ago when this all worked so well and losing weight isn't as easy. Can't let that stop me if I don't see results asap. This isn't a spring it's a marathon and it's learning to eat right again not a diet.

Things to work on this week
*eating less meat
* not eating the kids leftovers
* find the time to lift weights
* finding the time to blog

    I think maybe it IS a marathon and not a sprint, LOL - or at least, it is long distance.

    Some people like chamomile for anxiety, depends on your stomach. Exercising helps too. I can imagine with all those kidlets, they keep you really busy. If you can work out time for yourself, that might help as well - and I know that is much easier to say than to achieve.

    So happy to see you. I think about you a lot and was wondering how you were doing.

    I sometimes am anxious too. Qigong and meditation help me. I do different kinds. Also decluttering helps oddly. Throwing things away. And I do use teas that help too.

    You might want to try chamomile helps with anxiety. Or you can try's a beta blockers and also anti/anxiety medication. I been on it for a year and it has helped me.
