Man I haven't had an entry since 2016. So much has changed but I am back struggling as usual. I was going to therapy for anxiety and had just started talking about my issues with food when insurance turned my visits into OOP so I am not going anymore. I just started a new gym which has helped my anxiety and sleep greatly. Need to work on not eating all the calories I work off after though. Funny how we start over on this journey 5 million times yet each time feels new. I have been at the same weight for a year now, fluctuating between 8-10 lbs. I am just not happy when I look in the mirror again. Or I should say shocked and that's not good. I need to come to terms with the fact that I am older than I was 10 yrs ago when this all worked so well and losing weight isn't as easy. Can't let that stop me if I don't see results asap. This isn't a spring it's a marathon and it's learning to eat right again not a diet.

* not eating the kids leftovers
* find the time to lift weights
