To Become Skinny or Healthy

In my last blog I mentioned gaining a couple of pounds. Yay, they have been removed. However, the struggle is real for losing 10 more. I did go to the exercise class at my gym today. Since it is the holiday week, my exercise classes are cancelled after today until next Monday. I will go to the gym and workout with the equipment a few more days this week and take walks as well.



Some ways to measure your health, other than the scale are taking your measurements, how many glasses of water do you drink during the day, how many fruits and vegetables do you eat per day, etc. Let's face it, there are many skinny individuals that are not healthy. Our goal should be to become healthy.


My youngest daughter called me today. She is having more medical issues. She is going to get a MRI next Monday. I don't know when we will know the results, due to the holidays. She is 31. The doctors are trying to rule out Muscular Dystrophy or a mini stroke. As you can imagine, I am very nervous about the whole thing. If you are so inclined, asking for prayers and positive thoughts.
