Goals for BLC Winter Round

After a very stressful 2019 I knew I was going to need some help to get back on track with living a healthier lifestyle and was happy to find a BLC round was starting in the beginning of January. I have participated in other Spark Challenges before but not this one.
My goal for this Challenge is to lose 7 pounds over the 12 weeks, which would bring me halfway to my goal weight of 160.
I will do this by:
1. Staying within my calorie range by measuring all high calorie and calorie dense foods.
2. Reduce my consumption of added sugars, increase healthy complex carbs and fiber, and chose healthy fats such as avocados and nuts.
3. Work to recognize my hunger and fullness signals.
4. Exercise by walking, stretching and strength training.
