My goal for January is simple: exercise at least ten minutes a day for at least 20 days this month. I’ve been feeling kind of down and unmotivated lately, so I don’t want to set too high of a goal. I do want it to be enough to be beneficial, though, so I thought two-thirds of the days would be a pretty good number to aim for. So far I have exercised three out of five days this month.
