Positive outlook

Since the beginning of my journey this year I've lost 11 lbs. I'm pleased with the results so far. I'm making better food choices and working out consistently. I'm feeling pretty good overall. I haven't lost a huge amount of weight or anything but I already have more energy and I feel happier overall. My brain feels less foggy and I hadn't realized just how run down I felt until this very moment. I feel as though I look the same but I can tell there are changes in how my clothes are fitting already. I'm excited for what my healthy future holds. I felt so good today that I spent an hour working on the elliptical. It has been years since I have done that. I'm proud of what my body has accomplished in this short time. I know I can do this as long as I continue to make this a priority. I intend to achieve my goals I set out for myself.
