Saturday I did my shopping for the week. I started in the produce department, I bought 6 grape fruits, 3 blood oranges, 4 cara-cara oranges, then I picked out 10 different types of apples and some strawberries. Next I went into the fresh vegetables, I got 5 Bags of 50/50 salad greens, carrots, onions, celery, tomatoes, scallions, portabella mushrooms, Now for the meat, In went a rotisserie chicken, some shrimp, and some turkey cutlets. I got 4 cans of tuna in water. I bought 1 light frozen Mac and cheese dinner by Amy, Need to give it a try. I do love my mac and cheese. Then honey and 1 jar of salsa along with a dozen eggland best eggs. 1 loaf of low calories whole wheat bread. This should do it for my weekly food intake. My shopping cart looked very healthy. It felt good seeing all that fresh food. I just wish my son and grandson ( they live with me) would eat like this with me.
