emoticon What are your Short Term Fitness and Non-Fitness Goals?
1. My short term goal is to get consistent with intermittent fasting. Lately, I've been changing up my days based on how I'm feeling, and I've started back emotional eating... The purpose of me starting IF was to prove to myself that I could live without my comfort foods and my emotional eating. But my last fast of the month didn't go so well.

2. The best compliment I got this month was at my TOPS Meeting when I was told "Good Job! You've lost 10 pounds."

emoticon What did you hear or see that encouraged you to stick to your fitness goals?
3. I downloaded this Intermitting fasting app and the members of the group are really helping to keep me motivated and this has also encouraged me to motivate people on SparkPeople.
