Fitness Goal as a Motivator

Homework today is to have a fitness goal as a motivator to keep at exercising.
hmmmm. I guess I would like to easily walk 20 minutes on treadmill, 20 minutes on rower, do the 15 minute cybex routine, then swim for 20 minutes. Easily(not dragging myself like I am now). I would say in a month from now, Lets go with March 1st as a Goal date to check in with how I am doing.
