5. PERSONAL RELAY (MAKE TIME TO LOOK DIVINE!)
For those that have done relay before use any of the exercises you have done in past.
Try for at least 10 reps of 1 thing
lunges, bicep curls, step ups, neck rolls, squats etc
Chair Exercises try
side to side sweeps. knee to elbow, leg raises, sitting twists
leg swings, raised knee hold, flutter kicks, scissors
The list goes on and on.
25 pts if you do 2 exercises for 3 days
50 pts if you do at least 2 exercised for 6 days
