A spark friend sent me a quote by Billy Cox, so I searched for more quotes I found several good ones that I going to add to my quote file to keep me working on my goals.
I was excited to not be a member of the I gained that holiday 10 pounds. But did add 5 pounds after I returned funky mood set in after the holidays.
I have found my spark and ready to get moving again on my journey and just not talking about it

1. I made cookies for Valentines Day gave some to my neighbor she thanked me and then told I looked good and thought I had lost weight

2. This morning 2/16 I found a goodie telling me I did a great job with my fitness minutes.
3. Another friend reminded me that the scales is not the only way to have emoticon on the journey. emoticon

My plan for this week
Get my self to the gym 4 times this week I don’t need to spend hours in the gym
My goal is 45 mins Mon. Tues. Wed. Friday I do a hour since its boot camp class
Plan meals and eat the plan meal which is a hard one for me for some reason

Keeping my list short to many goals and I find I can talk my self out of checking the goals off the list.

 When I Take one action today, no matter how insignificant or small, I am moving closer to my goals.
 I will never give up, because I am always too close. To quit "
