How often do you share your story of health with others? Believe it or not, you could help someone on their journey to health and wholeness. One of the best ways to keep your story fresh and important in your heart and mind is to teach it to others. Take time and repeat important lessons to your children, your friends, your spouse or anyone who might be interested.
I always offer information in a few different ways. Just seeing things from a different perspective can create great interest.
Today’s health lesson has to do with personal fitness with my students. I used the article on Spark from Melissa Rudy called Fitness Channels to help them see things that I use.

Here’s a fitness channel that works for a short break for kids.
