up date on my Feb 16 to Feb 22 challenge

When I Take one action today, no matter how insignificant or small, I am moving closer to my goals.
I will never give up, because I am always too close. To quit "

I challenged my self on Feb 16 to meet three goals emoticon

Goal one Get my self to the gym 4 times Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday
Reach the goal and worked out at home on Thursday I Also did things at home every day.

Thursday was college basket ball night at my house Gonzaga played San Francisco at half time Gonzaga was behind 22 to 31 After 5 mins the Zags were ahead and never behind again. Did a great job and worked hard for the win. When the second half started I had 10,000 steps end of game my tracker showed 12.250 Fran s score 2,250 steps GU 74 points and San Francisco 54 points

Saturday night did not go as well Gonzaga lost to BYU 74 to 91
I did get house walking in I stared at 10,000 steps I walked 1.000 steps . in hopes they would make a come back at the end of the night had 11,050 steps !

Goal 2 walking with Racey twice a day
Racey and I got out walking twice every day for 15 mins each time some times longer




Nutrition goals I am challenging myself to eat all planned meals
Goals not reached but I am pleased since I did get 7/7 for dinner and took 20 mins to eat meal

Breakfast 5 of 7 planned meals
Lunch 4 of 7 planned meals
Dinner 7 of 7 planned meals
Did reach my goal of 20 mins for dinner

Still keeping the list short and remembering not to beat my self up when I mess up .

Add a day to gym so plan to go M T W Th Fri 45 mins but Fri its and hour class for seniors

Still working on getting all 7 ‘s for my meals and continue to eat dinner slow and add a challenge to take 20 minutes to eat lunch .

To keep the body in good health is a duty . . . otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear. Buddha
