this weeks challenge for the 5% winter challenge blog about it

All the teams have been challenged to write a blog why we enjoy the challenges each season.
I have taken part in several of them in the past . I may not reach the 5% weight goal the huge win for me is I did not quick I kept on moving each week. And learn from each challenge a new tool to use on the journey from supportive team mates .
As a star Fish for several challenges I have enjoyed the honor of being a E leader
Cheering my fellow fish on the journey to good health.
We travel to together to fun and interesting places.
Working as a team to land our plane I find I push my self to get those fitness minutes needed to land our plane.
When it get close to landing and I have not earned 120 minutes of fitness for the day.
I find my self getting up and moving and doing what another spark friend calls exercising gathering a few more minutes. I might even be the one to land the plane. I have had the honor several times and it sure helps up my motivation.
Support and tips from teammates is always helpful to get us to the finish line At the end of the winter challenge I will 10 pounds from my goal weight.
